So how much
Well that will depend upon you an your conference size. Before we do anything, the initial booking fee of £200 applies. After this we will go to work, we will come back to you in three days with a list of hotels matching your criteria. The final selection is up to you. We will then negotiate a price with your selection and get you the best deal. After the conference has concluded, we will require payment of £2 per delegate.
Extra services such as booking guest rooms will be charged at £10 per room for venue hotel and £20 per room at external hotels.
